I did go on safari for one week with this tour operator and it was beyond our expectation. Our guide was very aware of the route and he knew all about the animals. We wanted personalized service and we got it from this company. On arrival to the coast we were met by their rep who explained the surrounding very well. We paid a bit more but it was value for money.They surprised us with a bottle of wine in the park and drinks in the land rover. 100% quality service.
